TYPE OF VENDOR

Vendor Agreement

  1. Event Details:

    • Event Date: Sunday, September 21, 2025

    • Location: Henry Maier Festival Park (Summerfest Grounds), Milwaukee, WI

    • Vendor setup begins at 7:00 AM on Sept 19.

    • ALL CARS MUST HAVE INSURANCE TO ENTER THE GROUNDS.

    • Festival hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

  2. Vendor Check-In and Access:

    • Vendor set-up info will be sent August 1.

    • Vendors receive 4 passes for their staff and 1 parking space.

    • No vehicles allowed on the grounds after 9am the day of the evet.

    • Late arrival may result in denied access with no refund.

  3. Booth Information:

    • Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs unless rented through the festival (rental options available for an extra fee).

    • Tents must be secured with weights. No staking is allowed.

    • All signage must be appropriate, family-friendly, and fit within your booth space.

  4. Electricity:

    • Electricity is available by request only and must be reserved and paid for in advance.

    • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own heavy-duty extension cords and power strips.

  5. Permits and Licensing:

    • All food vendors must submit a copy of their Milwaukee Temporary Food License at least 3 weeks prior to the event.

    • Vendors are solely responsible for complying with local health codes, sales tax laws, and any applicable regulations.

  6. Insurance Requirements:

    • All food vendors must carry general liability insurance and list the festival.

  7. Prohibited Items:

    • Vendors may not sell alcohol, weapons, drug-related paraphernalia, or offensive/explicit materials.

    • Absolutely no sharing or subleasing of booth space without written approval.

  8. Clean-Up and Waste:

    • Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area and removing all trash before leaving.

    • Vendors who leave trash or damage the property may be fined up to $150 and may be banned from future events.

  9. Photo & Video Release:

    By participating, vendors give the Puerto Rican Festival of Wisconsin permission to use any photos or video taken during the event for promotional purposes.

  10. Code of Conduct:

    All vendors and their staff must behave professionally and respectfully at all times.


    All event updates, instructions, and confirmations will be sent via email. Please ensure you provide a valid, frequently checked email address.
